Easy appointment process and courteous NP
A different providers teledoc said I had an outer ear infection and prescribed medication that did not work. After having an ear ache for a month and the previous providers teladoc misdiagnosing it I tried CVS minute clinic. The CVS minute clinic clinician said it was not an outer ear infection and instead of more unnecessary antibiotics recommended a CVS brand allergy medication that instantly relieved the pain. Very happy about this.
I came in because I am having several issues, with emphasis on back pain. I needed to go for medical attention else where. Fortunately before my current situation, I have been healthy, very active and no medicine so I am not as familiar with medical terminology or procedures as most people. At the days end, I had seen several people & had a consultation with a pharmacist. The Provider and the staff at CVS was the most competent, caring and thorough of all others that I talked with. I didn't but I wanted to come back to talk with them to help me make a few decisions about my best way forward. **Thank You !!** I have complete confidence in The Provider & your staff.

Even with an appointment still had a wait time, but other than that experience was excellent.
